These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pj365 platform, accessible at https://pj365.cam ("Platform", "Site", "pj365"). pj365 is an online betting and gaming information platform providing content in English for users in Pakistan and other regions.

By accessing, browsing or using pj365 in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from pj365 or any related platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and keep that information updated at all times.

pj365 does not knowingly permit access to minors. If we become aware that a user is under the required minimum age, the account will be suspended immediately and all transactions will be reviewed. Gambling is not suitable for persons under the minimum legal age.

Users wishing to access the full range of pj365 platform features must complete the registration process. During registration, users are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, email address and contact details.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension, termination and recovery of any bonus funds received.

Users are solely responsible for:

• All activities conducted under their account, whether authorised or not;

pj365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to maintain adequate account security. Users must not share account access with any third party under any circumstances.

By using pj365, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information in all interactions with pj365;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 where relevant;
• Not attempt to circumvent any security or access-control mechanisms on the Platform;
• Not use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive or money-laundering activity;
• Bet only with funds you can genuinely afford to lose without financial hardship;
• Cooperate fully with any KYC verification requests, providing genuine identity documentation when required;
• Notify pj365 promptly of any changes to the personal information held on your account.

All deposits and withdrawals on the pj365 platform are subject to the specific terms of the operator providing the underlying gambling services. The following general principles apply:

• Minimum deposit amounts are set at platform level (illustrative example: PKR 1,000) and are subject to change without prior notice;
• Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts that have completed KYC requirements;
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and account verification status;

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses are subject to rollover or wagering requirements (e.g., 8× to 15× the bonus amount) that must be fulfilled before withdrawal is permitted;
• Minimum deposit: A minimum qualifying deposit (illustrative example: PKR 1,000) is generally required to activate a bonus;
• Expiry: Bonuses are time-limited and will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period (e.g., 7, 14 or 30 days);
• One bonus per user: Only one welcome bonus is available per user, household, IP address, device and payment method;
• pj365 is not the bonus provider: Bonus terms are set by the underlying operator. pj365 accepts no liability for discrepancies between informational content and live operator terms;
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit or manipulate bonus offers — including through multiple account creation, collusion or irregular betting patterns — will result in account termination and forfeiture of bonus funds.

• All bets are placed at the user's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where specific cash-out functionality is available and applicable;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are set at operator level;
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the operator's decision is final;
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play betting) are subject to real-time odds and may be rejected at the operator's discretion if market conditions have changed;
• pj365 does not guarantee the accuracy of odds presented in informational content. Live odds are subject to constant change and should be verified on the operator's platform before placing a bet;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pj365 and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information;
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials or account;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, collusion, match-fixing or any form of cheating;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human usage;
• Attempting to hack, exploit or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Abusing promotions, including structured betting activity designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent ("bonus abuse");
• Circumventing self-exclusion or responsible gambling restrictions through any means;
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members.

All intellectual property rights in pj365, including but not limited to the Platform's design, layout, source code, written content, graphics, logos, trademarks, data compilations and database rights, are owned by or licensed to pj365. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the user.

You may access and use pj365 content solely for your own personal, non-commercial information purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from pj365 without prior written consent.

The pj365 name, logo and all related marks are proprietary. Unauthorised use of pj365 branding in any context is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pj365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, pj365;
• Any financial losses resulting from betting or gambling activity, whether or not such activity was influenced by content on pj365;
• Inaccuracies in odds, bonus terms, game rules or any other informational content presented on pj365;
• Interruptions, errors, delays or security failures affecting the Platform or related services;
• Any third-party content, links or services referenced on pj365;
• Your reliance on any content on pj365 as legal, financial or professional advice.

pj365 provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Use of pj365 is entirely at your own risk.

pj365 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using pj365, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, registration details, identity documents for KYC purposes, transaction records, correspondence with support and Platform usage data. This data is used to provide and improve the Platform, verify user eligibility, comply with legal obligations and detect fraud or prohibited conduct.

pj365 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Users retain rights to access, correct and request deletion of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pj365's operational jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that local gambling law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may affect the lawfulness of their participation. pj365 does not assert that its services are legally approved by any Pakistani governmental, regulatory or financial authority. This clause does not constitute legal advice.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

pj365 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pj365 will endeavour to notify registered users through appropriate on-Platform notices or email communication to the registered address on file.

Amendments take effect from the date of publication on pj365 unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using pj365 and may close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of most recent review is displayed at the top of this page.
